haha they aren't great speeds, its similulating 2 users sending 1000 requests, so it's not terrible.

I have seen lighter weight results that is for sure.

I am going to work on it more and really try to lighten and speed up the site going forward. Its been a bugbear of mine for a while that it is slow in some regards and I want to completely turn that around. At the moment the adverts are what slow the entire page load down, so that is where I will eventually be turning my focus

As I say I am on call. The morning updates are all finished so I am heading out for a few hours with my phone set to pick up email.
