Buyer beware with Crichton.Had a shocker last season after his European mystery tour in the offseason.He owes the Roosters after they “looked after him” last year.No doubt he’ll be asking for the money the Roosters offered Fifita,so $800K,give or take.It is contract year,so is his current form due to that fact?Obviously he’s an International level player in the past,so does have the runs on the board.But other than a big money contract,what appeal does Manly possess to get him to come?What is Seibold’s attraction?
The squad need a backrower signed this season also, that left edge is vulnerable on the two players that have played there this season in Ben T and Waddell.
The loss of Schuster has left the squad short with backrow players, six weeks to fill four spots in the 30 squad for this season, I got a feeling the club are struggling to sign some good youngsters that have potential.

Do you really think he's worth that much, he goes ok with good forwards around him, nah...others better at a lower cost.

Yep,couldn’t agree more.Dont think the back row issues are as desperate as another two hard assed front rowers.Aloiai has been pretty good this season,surprisingly,but the bench rotation,other than Bullemor,who is basically good depth,haven’t added anything.The better teams are playing a lot more mobile this year,unlike some of Manly’s bench ie Lodge,Woods and Sipley

Agree, Lodge and Sips should now be let go. Don't mind Woods hanging around for the kids coming through, as he's only on basic coin anyways.

At this point, even Some Mystery Dude Named Creighton is probably an upgrade for us.
Doesn't matter if he's never played rugby league before. All I need to know is (a), Can he run? (Doesn't even have to be in a straight line, because as we all know, success isn't always a straight line.) And (b), Can he follow instructions? Because he will be getting lots of instructions, usually in PowerPoint format.
