Between the 1987 cement truck game loss and 2006, Manly lost 10 games in a row at Endeavour. The Beagles lost their two visits as well.

I know we’ve had a soft draw after the first two rounds, but do the bookies know something we don’t? Have they forgotten we always beat Cronulla, no matter who is coaching them?

Manly's draw has been helpful, the series of games against mid level and mediocre sides has given us a chance to rebuild some confidence and cohesion after getting soundly beaten in the 1st two.
I think Manly are continuing to improve, and the fact that is occurring without Turbo is quite a positive sign.
The Sharks have been extremely well-organised in attack and defence and have improved for sure but Manly will have been building for this game whereas the Sharks were building for last week and may be a bit deflated after going down to Storm.

As you know I’m usually on the side of pessimism when it comes to many of our games but I’m quietly confident we’ll win this one.

I’d be wildly confident if it was at home.

It just one of those games that we always seem to turn up!!
