Can someone explain what happened to the voluntary tackle rule ?
How a player laying on the ground has the ball pulled off him is suddenly a surrender tackle. Fuking Gee is as clueless as Manly leadership.

when is Saab due back ??
hopefully Ola is ok
too much dropped ball from us ,too many offloads from Sharks allowed by us .
We definitely need a bit of leg speed in the fowards i.e some youth watching those FRs from Roosters last night they look exactly what we need .
Simkins I thought was excellent TBH .
Hoppa had a bit to do to do today ,and so a few errrors although he played well ,but I think Id be playing Koula back there in attack at least and maybe Hoppa in the centers

Very poor game from a few
Sharks weren't that good today we just played more poorly than them
At the back end of that game we looked gassed and derived of energy.

Dragons will smoke us on Thursday and then you know panthers the one week they turn up will be against us

I'm out of the country a few weeks and this is the first of a few games I'll miss.

Without setting off a hornets nest, how did we play?

Would love to hear a somewhat objective view.

Two tries from intercepts and one from a lucky pickup from a nothing kick.

That's what happens when the chief playmaker is out injured, the other main one is disinterested leaving the third who doesn't like playing that way (he's a runner, not a playmaker and/or organiser), to carry the load.
I swear for the 1st 10 minutes I didn't hear dces name

I wondered about that, too. But we didn't deserve to pull that game out of our arse so it didn't really bother me.

We are 3-3, so it's not doomsday, but the lack of consistency does my head in.

I watch all the other clubs that have young forwards come through with good leg speed and line bending ability. We have nothing. A pack full of ageing plodders

Bring Caleb in. Burbo, Jurbo, Toff and Brown are offering nothing.

Our insistence on going to Burbos edge and slipping the inside pass to him kills me. I dead set believe he is slower than Jake.

Tommy T can't be on the wing, he's too slow, the way he was run down from that intercept was terrible. Put Koula out there to actually let him use his speed. We missed Saab big time.

Anyways, Im going to stop thinking about this team for 5 days. But I'm not confident against any team in our current state

Especially if Ola is injured. It's the second time this season he's been clutching at that arm.
