Yeah, I'm hoping that our team has more gumption and grit ... than some of the yellow livered, weak kneed, petticoat wearing fur balled fans on this forum ...

People need to be more canada goose, less fox...!

Wafi Ishmam Chaudhury recounts the moment he filmed a battle between a hungry fox and some alert Canada geese on the streets of Toronto.

(spoilers....goose 1, fox 0)

Hard to be positive after last week.

But the one thing I’d say

Dolphins beat the Panthers
Rorters best the Donkeys

Anything is possible

Some of the Sheila’s on here may take exception to your blatant sexism viz “petticoat wearing”. Or can men also wear petticoats these days? Hard to keep up.

Didn't Sharks put 40 on us at home? When we were running for top 4 spot. They own us. Will never forget when they put 68 on us. Still get the shakes from it.

I'm no expert on the English language, but my understanding of the phrase ... "your petticoat is showing" ... is a refence to people unwittingly displaying their true self's, or biases ... or showing more of themselves than they intended ..

as for being accused of sexism ... only the woke lefties resort to that sort of attack ... and surely we don't have any of those on the thinking man's footy forum .

We actually have one of the best records of any team over another against the Sharks but it’s definitely shifted over the last few years. Mainly because they’ve built their game on winning games through the middle with their strong forward pack and we all know that’s not our forté.

Still reckon we could be in with a shot today though. Should be a nice flat track in Perth, Sharks have done loads of travel with Vegas/Townsville/Canberra already this season, and we SHOULD be looking to bounce back after last week’s effort. This place could explode if we go down meekly again.

Your last sentence 😢😢😢😢😢

season is over
Hope not. But an aggressive approach is needed.
I saw some of the game last night and Chooks really got stuck into the heavy favourites Broncos, even monstering Haas with gang tackles. Not sure if we have the cattle for such a performance but I'd love to see that intent at least.

haven’t seen us do that since 2013….

we have a coach who is proud of loses, says it all

Have you seen that intent with our forwards in ?????

You’ve got Paseka , who gets some metres but never looks like he’s absolutely dominating.

AoA , good for about two runs then soft

Ola , our only beast

Burbo , try’s hard , getting better but doesn’t frighten anyone

Jake , our 6 again champion , past his best , tys hard.

TKO, good for a few runs but he’s past his best

BFB, crowd favourite , good for a few runs only

Sipley , good for about 2 games a year , trouble is you never know which ones , otherwise soft as custard

Jazz, not sure he’s a hooker

Simpkin , light , getting better but not scary

Croker , busted , but gives his all

Now I know not all playing today but you get my drift.

We need an almost total clear out and rebuild to be successful
