Something uplifting about seeing Seibold lose it in the coaches box, he was irate! Just needs to rip a door off and there might be hope for him yet.
How long does it takes to change habit/cap/team structure? Siebold now goes into four season in 26 and he should. He has had some time now to change the rooster, move on from past cap decisions and impress his style and coaching staff on what Manly will look like in 26. The rooster is decent for 26 so I see it as a really defining year of his coaching credentials.
