I'd be very interested to see who this manager is. Would it be the same one that Ennis had as a player? That would probably be relatively easy to find.

I'm taking a guess here, but could it be the same manager as DCE? DCE is obviously unhappy with Seibold, and is likely part of this segment of the playing group unhappy with Seibold.


I don't believe Mestrov has a player manager. He's a CEO external to the Rugby League affairs in more recent years.

I'd be highly surprised if a Rugby League player agent was working for him, while he was the CEO of Greyhounds NSW, for example.

For me, this is like the wedding rumour. No idea where it came from, but if you use your brain to figure out where Seibold and Mestrov were at different points in the past, it's pretty easy to figure out that both rumours are false.

If you’re smart enough you don’t need to waste 12% on agents commission , Mestrov would negotiate for himself.

Thats what i said, Waddell isn't a 1st choice prop as a starter or a benchie, and he is not in the top 2 2nd row positions, so he either comes in to start 2nd row when there is an injury in the 2nd row, or is on the bench for front row rotation when Paseka, Aloai, Sipley and TKO arent available.

Id agree, Id like someone more handy to fill in for Burbo/Ola.

We were struggling to win with Ola there anyway. Paseka and to a lesser extent Ola ( he played 2/3 of year ) were the only real blows, and every club could say the same.
Most of the rest would barely make any other pack in the comp so to claim they detailed our season is ridiculous.

Our backs were mainly intact all year. Halves played basically every gave

Excuses . We are a **** team with an old squad not suited to the modern game.

A part of me thinks thats Seibs signs these injury prone guys so that when they do get injured quite easily with the history they have, he can just spin it by saying he's got a big portion of the roster that is injured and that is the reason they had a dud season, then repeats the same process again the year after. If he brings in juniors that stay healthy and the team underperforms, he doesn't have an alibi of sorts to fall back on.

Souths have had far more players out due to injury and they are only 1 win behind Manly.Manly have basically had a full backline to pick from every week.That tells you all you need to know about the respective coaches

The week prior against the raiders, our forwards held their own only to be let down by the halves/ backline/ game plan (if there was one)

The same geniuses who constantly refer to our injuries and salary cap as an excuse never seem capable of grasping the fact that under Seibold we have two second rowers and Waddell. This has occured 100% under Seibs. When he arrived in 2023 we had Olakau'atu, Ben T, Samuela Fainu, Karl Lawton, Schuster, Condon, and Tuilagi. He has essentially moved on every backrow option bar two and added Waddell. It's so bad it is hard to imagine. As far as his coaching is concerned, I don't really know what to think. But his recruitment decisions are why I want him gone.

Apparently, that makes me Biff.
