Not sure what Morgan has done wrong this year? I like him for the money he would be on.
Thank you for your Candor.. i liked boyle he didn't do anything wrong. Just saying we are now 2 props down and need depth. He has experience and can play big minutes but this year he was pretty shyte. See who Dasler brings inSorry Biff, but bringing Tolman over would be the worst signing since 1947. Even typing his name just then sent a shudder up my spine.
Des Hasler record at the Dogs:I was joking, but unfortunately it's not out of the question. Perhaps also Greg Eastwood will join us. After all it was Des that put him on the giant Dogs contract.
That great record does not mean he did not make mistakes.Des Hasler record at the Dogs:
2012: 1st overall (Grand Final)
2013: 6th overall (Elim Final - round one)
2014: 7th overall (Prelim Final - round three - to play for the GF)
2015: 5th overall (Semi Final - round two)
2016: 7th overall (Elim Final - round one)
2017: 11th overall (None)
So whatever players he had through that period didn't do too badly.
George Rosereckon it's a bit of ying and a bit of yang but cannot argue that those teams have better recruitment than us... it is amazing how those clubs continually slot players seemlessly into the side tho and largely I reckon it is because they are given simple, achievable tasks by the coach... the only time i can remember players struggling in those teams is when they come into a position like half-back or 5/8 because they need to run the attack (which is more complicated)...
I definitely agree that recruitment is huge but hs there ever been a player that left the roosters or storm and actually played BETTER at their new club?
