These calls for Penrith these days remind me of the "drop kick" Slater incident. Nah, he meant to do a drop kick. Kikau meant to subtly drop it behind him as a pass.

Moses has one thing going for him and that's a big boot... it's just not all that accurate though.

Reynolds and Cleary are far and away the best kickers in the comp

That's a fair shout... and I reckon Analsley will use that one... "as you can see from this angle the ball has come backwards out of the hands from Kikau, because he was looking to pass it. In this instance the puppe... referee has got it completely correct and it was in fact play on"

When you have a kicker like Moses struggling to hit the grass, it really helps to have an accurate kicking 9 that can pick out a corner (or 40/20) out of dummy half on tackle 4.

Smith used to be so good at it.

So many times last year our good go forward was instantly lost due to a garbage kick on the back of the set.

Now when we get inside the 50m Reyno is putting it on the 1m and we're able to be aggressive in defence... a good end to the set would be a massive boost to confidence to know that your work is being rewarded.
