If he comes in and bumps him instead of following through with the tackle then he would've been fine

I'll be honest I was paying full attention to it, but I think it was more about kicker being off the ground and then idiot Hess going through with the tackle.Yeah it does seem that way but even in slow motion, that tackle was totally fine. We are a point now where you can’t touch the kicker. In fact you can’t even really tackle a player on a break either because then, unless you can break the law of physics, you’ll get suspended.
And there we have it, the NRL thinks it’s better than nature itself.
