I think at center this year both Val and Gagai have been ordinary when they get put under pressure, but i'm liking them in attack a lot. They are both going looking for the ball and have been quite damaging in attack, especially Holmes. Its a bit of a conundrum because Holmes and Gagai are top tier, gun Origin Wingers.
