As much of a **** show as it will get, the only way they are going to stop it is just make every player who stays down leave the field.

Exactly and the NRL has been garbage with that so far.

If you want to stay down for any sort of high shot, etc. off for a HIA

It was worse then that because he was legs off the ground for the whole motion till the end, but a hip drop has been a sin bin which is what makes it inconsistent.
