If it's not a sin bin or send off offence they can't go back beyond a tackle to penalise the player

I think if you start calling that a sin bin, then it could become a very slippery slope and you'll start seeing defenders stay down and taking dives moving forward.

If you allow them to penalise reportable offences that occured from previous tackles then the bunker interference could become insane.
