It was dumb by BMM, but the guy hiding behind a player for a penalty is comical in regards to where the game is at and what the meta is

I think they wanted to challenge markers not square, but you can't challenge that kind of call from the ref.

Same as you can't challenge that the defensive line is offside... because literally every challenge would be overturned if you could say that the defence is offside
