Panthers have gotten 15 000 + at the game tonight. It helps that they are playing the Tigers but that is a fine effort for a Thursday night.

Panthers are turning it up for their fans tonight but have bombed a few tries

The Tigpies have barely looked like scoring tonight. For the most part they seem to have been camped in their own 20.

And when they do get the ball they seem to turn it over just as quick.

Penalties are 7-0 to Penrith in the 2nd half......

Funny how teams are either angels or sinners....5-7 straight penalties both ways
Actually annoying to watch and far from the tough footy I like where you don’t notice the ref and penalty count is about 6-5.....not this 15-14 stuff that takes up half the game and gives teams 100% momentum rather than the footy deciding it.

Cleary and Maloney haven’t done their chances much harm tonight. Played well together.

It was funny in the first half joey demanding to see a replay of a marker penalty on the riffs line and when they replayed it they hardly said anything about it.
Writing this just made me realise I've got it on nein but I'm too lazy to change it.

TBH I'd pick Brooks over Moses.

Definitely! The selection of Moses has the potential to challenge Nathan Merritt as all time worst debut for the Blues. I can’t fathom how he is even being spoken about tbh.

Because he played OK for Lebanon in the WC, he suddenly shot into contention. Somehow Doesn't-matta's crap form hasn't taken him out of the running.....according to the media at least.

Yeah... that’s just Fittler using ridiculous “He’s done the job for me before and I’m trying to use Queensland’s loyalty logic” He was a very special player Fittler, one of the best IMO, but he’s not the sharpest mind. If Moses and Keary are the halves for game one, the Maroons will carve us apart down in Melbourne.

I said it a few weeks back and I still stand strong by it. I’m a big believer that the panthers will take it out this year. Kikau is the best forward in the Comp at the moment. He is unstoppable

Good call. I'm impressed how the Panthers have kept things going while having to deal with a run of injuries. I think I read somewhere that they are one of the teams that have used the most players this year along with us

Yeah.. they really do have to thank Gus for that. Their youth development programs are next level. There’s plenty more juniors that will play a lot of nrl waiting in the wings to. I mean Tyrone May hasn’t even played nrl this year yet.. I know he only came back last week. But talk about depth!!!

Best depth in the game hands down.
