I can’t remember the last time we were on 2 points after round 1.
I wonder if the Eels or Roosters golden child will get the last regular season game as a bye given them a rest before the finals campaign.

Early round byes are never great and I get your objection but given a choice between a round 1 , 2, 3 or 4, I'll take a round 1 bye.
The poor team who get round 2 or 3 byes are way worse off.
