It's a strange thing but it happens, some players don't play well in lower grades but always perform in the top grade. It makes it hard for the coaches because the system is you pick those performing well in reggies when spots are available. Players like George seem to buck this trend, I know from experience that this happens sometimes and you can either run with it and pick them on instinct or stick to "the system".
