Our try scorer in the winning 1976 grand final. Big, tall dominant second rower who was a constant menace in attack and defence to oppositions. Would always annoy Rex Mossop with his one handed put down when scoring a try. Condolences to all his family and friends in the UK and Australia, RIP Phil!

I remember Phil was a wine rep and regularly dropped by the Forrie RSL where my mum worked John Harvey was the cellar man Got to meet Phil top bloke RIP

Lowe was a great player for Manly. At the time, he was the fastest backrower in the club's history. Over his career he scored 179 tries. A short video tribute.
