RIP Beau

Such sad news, he seemed like a great little man. Hope his family is ok.
Thank you for posting feathered friend
This is very sad news and Condolences to his Family which extends to all of us The Manly Family
Life sweet but it also can turn sour at any given time for all of us .
There is always plan B and that is to Be at Peace with God eternally
No more pain , No more uncertainty , worry or fear
Rest in Peace Beau . Little guy with a Big Heart

What very awful news.

It shows what is really important in life. Yes we ride the wins and suffer the defeats but the health and well being of our loved ones is more important than anything.

It is rare that online news shakes me but this has. I feel for his parents, relatives and anyone else who had the pleasure of knowing him.

For me the result does not matter that much this weekend (I am not one of those "win it for him" people as that is a tough thing to do). I think the club could create a junior member award or acknowledgement is his name so it is part of the clubs culture and history forever

He reminded me a little bit of my youngest son - when he was that age. When I open this thread, I could only say, "no, no, no, no, no, no noooo".
He deserves to be a junior member forever - his face should not be forgotten. It should demonstrate to all the players, admin, anyone associated with the club what the magic of being a supporter really is. I can't forget what he said: "when he (Tom T) did that 'that's gold' when he scored, we all burst into tears in the hospital room".

I hope the Sea Eagles made your life better, Beau - I wish you could have had more of it. Much more.
Your story made our lives better - even if you never knew it.

Thank you for your post @Isz
You come across as a very compassionate and good hearted feathered friend
Beau May have lost his life but his Amazing Character Won our respect and admiration.
Beau left Life as a Winner ..

This is another Winning perspective in life
Our wellbeing is paramount and wanting to Win does not undermine that
Pleasures ( Winning is one of them . No one gets pleasure from losing ) and Achievement's in life are also paramount to self esteem
We all strive to be successful at what we do in life and so Self esteem is a crucial part of our Wellbeing Mental Health. Every one is a winner in some Way
At Club Level The Manly Way is all about striving to be the best we can and WIN
Every club proudly celebrates it Premiership Winning Era
No one celebrates losing .
Long Live our Manly Players and may they become Great Manly Premiership Winners
and put a smile on Beau's Manly face from above the Grand final arena

Nice Gesture feathered friend
But I think we should break the old tradition and have Maroon arm bands
Maroon representing Manly and Eternity / Eternal Life / Manly Souls never die
Maybe as ST supporters we should wear bands, hearts and load a pic up , or cards. Its fair to say, the little dude had SPUNK .
Change our avatars maybe, but together on game night. Salute the spirit we all adored before kick off.
Could be a good vibe for us all thinking the same thing collectively, even if only for a minute.
Im an ideas guy though……just gettin it out there

Man this news sucks so much. Even when things were tough he seemed in such good spirits, only really saw him in the Doco series but he was one of the most entertaining parts! Absolutely need black armbands, a minute silence, some that’s gold celebrations and a big performance from the boys for him this weekend. Life really does suck sometimes taking the most innocent people away so soon. RIP Beau 🕊️🦅
