Riddle me this. Does a pound of fat weigh more or less than a pound of muscle?

That is the real question and the answer is obvious.

Previous thread is nothing other than an unconscious collective thread begging our players to work a little harder in the off-season to cut a fine, lean and fit figure.

So looking at that picture it seems obvious that fat weighs more than muscle. Look how much bigger the bit of fat is, it's got to be heavier !!
