To be fair on him, a coaching staff consisting of Wayne Bennett, Des Hasler and Craig Bellamy wouldn't be able to get Parra out of the quagmire that it's in at the moment.
The cattle that's there aren't 1st graders................... yet.

I have probably been one of Stuart's harshest critics over recent years but the Eels did show some patches of good play yesterday. Eels were attacking, remember, when we scored our first after Matai defused a bomb. There wasn't much support there for Matai if he happened to drop that one. Also later when the Eels got the penalty but looked to have scored, that was a bit odd, and might even have been a sin-binning?

Their fans will be heartened by only losing by 34 this time, they are going in the right direction. (I've heard of coaches having a 5 year plan to win the comp. Maybe Stuart has a 2 year plan to win a game?)
