3 - Ola - too big, too strong, all game
2 - DCE - took ownership of the game 2nd half on the back of great forwards work
1 - Brown - inspirational

Simpkin - top debut!!

3. Daly - the Queensland captain showed up today. Terrific game.
2. Bullymire - we were dead and buried til he came on. Sparked us up with speed around the ruck
1. Lawton. Unsung hero today. Played left edge, where I feel is his best spot. When he plays like this I wish he wasn't leaving.

Obviously, Ola, Lehi and Brown could have very easily been in the points, but I feel these three deserved it.

That second half was fantastic from every player on the field, but I'm going to skip the usual suspects (who were all great) and go for:

3. Simpkin. Wow. So that's what a decent dummy half can do for this team. Great debut, put in for the whole 80 minutes, and his service to the halves and forwards was outstanding.
2. Waddell. Braveheart without the blue paint on his face.
1. Bullemore. Huge impact. If he keeps that up, he's a must for the 17 every week.
