People bagging Keppie & Marty….Jake is worse than a wet fart! Slow, cumbersome & as usual gives away a penalty. Aloiai & Sipley played so well for so few minutes. I dunno I’m so disappointed with this loss. Refereeing was typical one sided. What else is there to say.

3 - Croker - one of his best games for us, looks much better when he actually decides to run the ball
2 - Koula - love watching this kid play, always looks likely with the ball, strong in defence and a threat under the high ball
1 - Tuipulotu - such a good runner of the ball and a great hit by him inexplicably called a penalty by Cumstain

Great effort tonight up against the refs and carrying some absolute duds like Keppie, Marty, Harper and DCE. But unfortunately I think that’s season over with Tom gone and a tough run coming up, hopefully we can at least keep playing with the effort we did tonight

2 hours later and still cranky at the rort we just witnessed...

Anyway:

3. Croker - as usual was a rock in defence and running a lot more. Top game.
2. Turbo - was really trying to play himself back into form. He got injured a similar way a couple of years ago where he tore a pec diving for the ball. Poor fella.
1. Jake - Again tackled himself to a standstill. The games not all about attack. Take him out of the team see how we fare. If people think our pack is soft, we'd be jelly without Jake in the middle of the ruck. Some of his tackles on Campbell Gillard and Paulo tonight were as good as it gets.

Honourable mention to Foz, Koula, Garrick, Josh A and Tippytoes

Dishonourable mention to Keppie, gave a penalty away within seconds of being in the field... Harper for just being rubbish again and again and Ola. He has a bad knack of going missing when the team needs him in beast mode.
