Well that was ****!

Not sure what to make of that but here goes:

3 Big O - rocked some guys in defence early and was a handful when we finally decided to give him some ball.

2 Jake - I only seem to give him points in a loss but that’s because his game doesn’t change. He’s 110% each week but the flashier players shine more in a win.

1 Tippytoes - a couple of mistakes but made a couple of crucial defensive plays and generally looked a handful with the ball.

Vote away….

3 Tippy Did his best a couple of mistakes but did a lot of hit ups
2 Guac Went well needs more quality ball
1 Burbo Had a real crack showed a lot despite his injury and only 2nd starting match

Do we have to??

Ok

3. Ola - was the only player that looked at the same level as the Broncos
2. I really dont know...Koula for his defence...but its the best of a bad batch
1. Josh A - I dont think he made a mistake so he'll do

The rest had a rough night...thats as diplomatic as I can be ..

3. Guac. He’s destructive. Tough. Our enforcer.
2. Tui. Had a real crack.
1. Koula. Only other to look at all dangerous.
The rest were ****en ****

I'm going with the youth tonight. They all have some serious potential and they all tried hard tonight. Plus they had to stand by and watch some of their more experienced and better credentialed team mates play like absolute reserve graders. Complete lack of leadership and effort out there tonight from the senior players.

3. Guac - getting better and better. Love his passion, but he is learning control. He so wanted to rip that ugly mulletted head off Gamble, took a couple of steps and then thought better of it. Never gives up, real sting in his defence as he looks like he enjoys hurting people. He is starting to get belief in his ability to bust the line. We need to work out how to get the ball to him in better positions, criminally under utilised.

2. Koula - I really like this kid. He'll have a game shortly where it will come together and we'll see what he is really capable of in attack. But he is also very willing in defence, doesn't shirk the work load. If he gets dropped for Harper it'll be an injustice. He should get the rest of the season now to get experience and develop his game. I have high hopes for him.

1. Burbo - played through the pain, copped plenty from Staggs but kept him reasonably quiet. Rolled up the sleeves and worked the ball out of our end when it was needed

Tippytoes the only other one worth a honourable mention.

3, 2 & 1: Adam Reynolds, best player on either team.

For us: I though our young and inexperienced right edge played well, i.e. Guac, Pepsi and Tippytoes and young Ben did rather well against Staggs. The rest, well………………..without an even split of possession and with way, way too many mistakes by many, it wasn’t great from the kickoff and at least they didn’t put 50 on us.

Well, that was officially the worst Manly performance I have ever seen in 40’years of supporting them, and I switched off as soon as Cobbo streaked away.
I don’t ever remember a game where I was not blaming any of the referee, the opposition, bad luck or conspiracy. This was 100% on the Manly players tonight. That was beyond dumb I could not watch this pathetic mentally F$&@KED bunch any more.

So proud to see so many fellow Silvertails also turn their back and switch off. bravo. I just don’t understand why they travelled all that way up to Brisbane to do that. From the very first play. Where was the leadership in this group today?.

BTW I’m writing a post in the MVP thread. Allow me to make the cursory gesture of awarding no points to any Manly player tonight.

Please Des give Turbo a month off. Don’t let him play until he is 100%. It’s hurts the team. Get Parker back, dump Burbo from the centres. Why is Sipley even if the team if he only plays garbage time?.

Probably Guac..
Up until I turned off In thought they were all sheite.
I could list the worst players easily... They were the ones taking up most of the cap...

This is really hard because no one truly deserved a point after tonight's effort. But, the best of a bad bunch were:

3 - Haumole
2 - Tippy Toes
1 - Pepsi Cola

you never watched Penrith v Manly in 2004 when Penrith won 72-12?

Hey @40 nil didn't want to change your name to 38 for a week of mourning?!
No, there's ups & downs in sport and I still believe the Sea Eagles can come good. They are very pedestrian at present - maybe a couple of personnel changes needed? The problem is the coach appears to be very slow to adapt.
