From the Manly Sea Eagles website, here is the ' Injury Update: Taniela Paseka' released on Tuesday, 25 March 2025:

Sea Eagles prop Taniela Paseka has undergone surgery to repair a ruptured Achilles tendon.

The 27-year-old suffered the injury midway through the first half of Sunday night’s Round 3 victory over the Raiders.

Taniela is aiming to be available to play in Round 25 this season following a 16–20-week recovery period.

From the Manly Sea Eagles website, here is the ' Injury Update: Round 4 vs Eels' released on Monday, 31 March 2025:

Tom Trbojevic
is expected to miss about four weeks of football after injuring his knee in the Round 4 victory over Parramatta Eels at 4 Pines Park.

Scans have confirmed
Tom has suffered minor damage to his medial collateral ligament in his left knee.

From the 'NRL 2025, Injuries, Suspension Return Dates, Casualty Ward and Key Information for the 2025 NRL Telstra Premiership Season' web page, Here is the Latest NRL Injured or Unavailable Update:

* * * (Updated: Tuesday, 08 April 2025) * * *

Manly winger Jason Saab is in doubt for next week's clash with Cronulla after he limped from the field late in Sunday's loss to Melbourne.

Coach Anthony Seibold is optimistic the injury is not serious but fears
Saab will miss the trip to Perth.

"Saaby's got a high-ankle sprain," Seibold said. "They're telling me it's minor. I don't know whether he'll be available this week, which will be disappointing for us and Saaby because he's had a good start to the season.

Manly fullback
Tom Trbojevic is facing a month on the sidelines after injuring his medial collateral ligament in his left knee in the win over the Eels.

Trbojevic appeared to pick up the injury in the first half and battled through the pain but did not return after half-time.

Scans confirmed minor damage to his MCL and the 2021 Dally M Medalist is set to miss four weeks of football.

Manly Sea Eagles
  • Josh Aloiai (Shoulder, Round 6)
  • Lachlan Croker (Knee, Round 7)
  • Tommy Talau (TBC, Round 7)
  • Tom Trbojevic (Knee, Round 9)
  • Taniela Paseka (Achilles, Round 25)
  • Jason Saab (Ankle, TBC)

Also, from the Official NRL Casualty Ward & Injury Information, Manly hub page, there are no variations to the information regarding the unavailable or injured players and their return periods:
  • Josh Aloiai (Shoulder, Round 6)
  • Lachlan Croker (Knee, Round 7)
  • Tommy Talau (TBC, Round 7)
  • Tom Trbojevic (Knee, Round 9)
  • Taniela Paseka (Achilles, Round 25)
  • Jason Saab (Ankle, TBC)

I would love to see:

1. Hoppa
2. Saab
3. Koula
4. Garrick
5. Talau (SURELY he's back...)
6. Brooks
7. DCE (screw on your head mate)
8. Aloiai
9. Croker (SURELY he's back too...)
10. Taukeiaho
11. Olakau'atu
12. Burbo
13. Jake
14. Tevaga (hooker for 10 mins max, play him as a prop)
15. Navale
16. Bullemor
17. Brown

If your aging forwards can't keep up for long amounts of time, then give them shorter stints! We have a player in Tevaga that can play prop and cover hooker. We should be using that ability better, rather than just use him for 20 mins as a starting makeshift hooker.

Navale deserves a shot over Waddell. I really don't understand why Waddell has been on our bench. Bullemor covers basically the same positions as him.

Sipley is past it.

The vastly different turnaounds make this one tough for us. Conventional wisdom says you should be in Perth five days before you play (after the long flight. Hopefully we leave tomorrow

Sharks have lost 2 games straight and will be out to win. Traditionally Manly beat the Sharks, but I can see us losing this one. Sharks 13++

Sharks pack led by AFB will be smelling blood in the water aftet todays effort. We'll just have to give it our best shot and just go for the it.

Siebs said Talagi and Croker due back round 7. Saab high ankle sprain. No Turbo, Saab, Talagi. Our backline is looking very weak next round. I'd actually play Garrick on a wing and bring in a centre in Schoup.

Hoppa
Faulslo
Koula
Schoup
Garrick
Brooks
DCE

We are flying out tomorrow for a few days down in Margaret River before going to the game. Lets hope they perform better than the **** show of yesterday. Went to the game yesterday and left with 20 to go. I have been going to Brookie for over 50 years and cant remember leaving so early. 🫣

On 9 they showed a large chunk of the crowd leaving at the back of the hill exit, at about the same time. No Eagle Rock playing this time.

Navale, Patolo, Willett, Chee Kam (for example) aren’t in the top 30. So… can’t be used till later in the year? (Sorry I know this was explained but I forget) 🤷‍♂️
