Post match REF interview

The sad fact is the NRL need the donkeys to be in the top 4. No longer is it about merit but TV ratings. The leg up the donkeys got last night to defeat the Titans makes previous controversies miniscule. The rulings we saw last night were so biased. The referees are no longer allowed to make big calls. All big decisions are now outsourced to this blasted bunker and they still get it wrong. The game is in serious trouble, crowds especially in Sydney are turning off the game as the game has become Queensland centric. Today we are likely to see a 60K crowd watch the Sydney Swans tackle the Giants in AFL, for a so called league town thats a damming statistic.

You forget sometimes how easily other sports do it well until you watch them again.

EXPLAIN please ge!

Ok, I will.

The world cup of (ice) hockey is to start soon so there are warm up games galore going on.

Right at this very moment...Canada are playing the usa (Go Canada)

Now....Kessler (damn punk) hit Weber into the boards and some shenanigans ensued. The refs wanted to sort it out.

This is their protocol:

1) All four officials skate to the player free zone to discuss. No player is to talk to the refs when they are in this zone. In fact, only the two captains wait respectfully silent outside the zone.

2) The officials will avail themselves to video replays

3)Once the (correct) decision is made, refs will communicate the decision to the captains.

4) The refs will then skate over to the coaches and explain the decision to them.

5) The game continues.

Also...the amount of transparency shown on things like suspensions and fines leaves the nrl for dead. Decisions are explained with frame by frame video analysis.

If nrl players were smart enough, they would unionise.

the refs should be questioned about that ... publicly ... why the f**k would they be discussing the margin? .... THIS NEEDS AN INVESTIGATION!!! FFS
