Well they've nearly won the last two weeks. There have been a number of "upsets" this year. Are they upsets or is it just a more even competition? In this comp the Titans are the definition of a s$&@ team. 0 wins heading into round 8. But I get your point, teams can win on their day.
Also, a bit of a hangover from the tough GP Warriors game. We'll take the 2pts and head back south to Brookie.Deadset bludger of an effort. Defence went out the window for both teams. Thought a few decisions went our way as well. But as others have pointed out some positives. Best of all we got the 2pts.
Don’t look back and move on to next week, at home against the Slime.
Absolutely. Manly were the only team that won from last week's slog, that was the extra time games. All 4 teams gave up more than 30 points and Manly had to get on a plane to start this week's prep a day late. There is no way we win this game last year. Yep....a ****ty win, but a win none the lessAlso, a bit of a hangover from the tough GP Warriors game. We'll take the 2pts and head back south to Brookie.
And when sipley is available? One of the three can’t make it..Brown and Aloiai in, Woods and Matterson out

We are the Manly boys,
We had a win today,
We are the boys you know of
We showed them how to play,
No matter where we’ll be
Maroon and White you'll see,
Oh aren’t we a wonderful credit
To our locality,
So cheer boys cheer,
We are together,
Every now and then we have a win…..have a win
We will play them all around
At our home or any ground,
If they’ll always play a fair and honest game
So it’s GUZZLE GUZZLE GUZZLE
As we pour it down our muzzle,
And sing out the order loud and clear, 'MORE BEER',
And we will drink all night
Until we are very tired
In the shade of the Manly Leagues Club.

How about getting the 2pts.I'm trying to find a positive out of tonight's game.
Besides struggling to get the 2 points every team above us has had a bye.
Yeah that will be interesting. I'd like to see us giving each prop a week off on rotation TBH, just to keep them all fresh. And when sipley is available? One of the three can’t make it..
I don't know that waddell misses out in our best 17. Hard to say who does but he's played better than I expected and the bench feels more balanced with him there. So having witnessed that live. Our defense was terrible but we did have Aloiai, Sipley , Brown and Ben T out who would all be in.
Woods , Matterson , Bullemore and Waddell would all be out if everyone fit.
Lodge was gassed after 15 min understandable.
We missed the hard charging of Sipley and Brown. I'm still extremely concerned with our wide defense. I just don't think Garrick at center is the answer. Glad to get 2 points but we're not challenging anyone with that sort of defense.
I think Waddell will only miss out if Burbo is back.I don't know that waddell misses out in our best 17. Hard to say who does but he's played better than I expected and the bench feels more balanced with him there.
I would keep Duck on the edge and play Ben at right centre where he has been playing very well.I think Waddell will only miss out if Burbo is back.
Where does Garrick go then ? Wouldn't drop Saab or Taulau.I would keep Duck on the edge and play Ben at right centre where he has been playing very well.
