I would have said about 3 moths ago St George, but we all know what unhappy campers at a club (espescially leaders) can spread throughout a team.

North Qld are still on the up, have a good formula and have tasted the bitterness of defeat. I think they will be contenders!

Eels and Dragons will be there and abouts and the Broncos are due to do something instead of being end of season bunnies.

If we had a bit more depth, a five-eighth and a better front rower or two that could make more than 8 metres and 6 missed tackles in 20 mins, I think we could be up there. Need to keep Orford, Kennedy and Beaver injury free as well to be even a hope!!

Every team that has made 8th since the McIntyre system started has significantly improved.
