Lussick unfortunately doesnt play well.. bar the penrith game
Perrett needs to get his fitness level up in this off season.i dont get the perrett love either.. Played some ok games, but also had a few where he looked like an absolute lost puppy out there
He has potential, but having said that, if Manly were to sign another big named forward before 2018, perretts the guy who drops out of the team for mine... Hasnt shown enough to earn a spot over afb or lussickPerrett needs to get his fitness level up in this off season.
I like the way he plays and will only improve - he is only 22 🙂

* Bellamy, the big three, the whole state where talents pulled from and the millions of staff they have at the club *So Pearce has categorically stated he wants to lead a team as the chief playmaker and wear the no 7 jersey.
Which is great except that’s what DCE gets paid 10 million to do.
The reason Green was great for us was the fact he played kicking support act to DCE, as equally would a ball runner like Keary, or Maloney, or Moylan. But two no 7’s who both want to be the chief conductor in the same side just doesn’t work.
Surely we’d be FAR better off spending big dollars on a 6’5” islander winger or two. Note how smartly Bellamy puts together a winning team.
Seems weird that Manly let Green go without signing a replacement - all very charitable to Green but most businesses like footy clubs take care of these kinds of situations up front. Good point re Pearce's stated desire to play 7 - DCE plays there - so coming to Manly? Maybe time will tell...So Pearce has categorically stated he wants to lead a team as the chief playmaker and wear the no 7 jersey.

It doesn't hurt to maintain goodwill with the Worriers, and Green. Doing deals with other clubs is smoother when there is no animosity. Who's to say Manly isn't saying a small thank you to the Worriers for releasing Sippers - or another player in the future? Also, having a player speak well about a club to fellow players can't be a bad thing.Seems weird that Manly let Green go without signing a replacement - all very charitable to Green but most businesses like footy clubs take care of these kinds of situations up front.
Pretty sure the image of him signing "something" with Knights officials (I posted it in another thread) puts to bed Manly's hope of getting him. Verbal agreement and pen to paper is two very different things.Seems weird that Manly let Green go without signing a replacement - all very charitable to Green but most businesses like footy clubs take care of these kinds of situations up front. 7 had him having lunch with mates in rooster land and also he meet with Shane Flanagan today. Knights don't have a chance and I doubt he was up there with that type of day. 4 hour round trip.Pretty sure the image of him signing "something" with Knights officials (I posted it in another thread) puts to bed Manly's hope of getting him. Sounds like he hasn't stopped eating all day!7 had him having lunch with mates in rooster land and also he meet with Shane Flanagan today.
