Coaches poll at the start of the year, had him as one of the three most underrated players in the comp. He will make a massive difference next year, alongside the Fog.

Seibold isn't going to be a friend of this forum for some time, but Seibold and Seibold alone developed him into what he is. If you think that the coaching staff don't want, or don't want to develop, young, powerful, bustling forwards like Paseka, you are kidding yourself.

Our backyard has no forwards. That why we don't develop any. Compare that to the Bulldogs.

We did have Preston and the Dogs said "Thank you very much".

Yeah, saw Paseka in the sheds after full-time at the Storm game laughing and joking with Ola, going on body language, should be good to go in the next 4 to 5 weeks hopefully.

Yeh I’m not right across injury updates @Rosko
But I saw Paseka jogging and running with a smile in training press, and paired that with Seibolds words earlier in the year.
He should be able to play finals and hopefully a couple of final round matches if we are lucky

Now that Lodge and Sipley have some match fitness, it would be encouraging to get a gauge on Paseka since Aioli won’t be back

If we were ( a chance ) to get into the finals an extra prop , even if he managed only 20-30 minutes in a game would be a real bonus.

It is just my opinion, but like Tom it seems like his history of leg injuries means that he often lacks confidence to make the extra 1% efforts... and despite that the squad is still better with him in it.

Or as Blocker says every single time he commentates when Paseka is playing “someone should buy him a mirror so he can see how big he is”. Good old blocker, the human cliche machine.

I think Sips has been doing a great job over the last few weeks, but yeah, if Paseka becomes available and we are on track to play finals, we need to get him some minutes. Just need to concentrate on actually making the finals first.

Taniela Paseka has returned to running on field as he continues his recovery from an achilles rupture. Sea Eagles are hopeful he will be fit to return in Round 26 or 27 - would be just over 5 months...

I'm saying he shouldn't. Not worth the risk of ending his career.
Our medical staff should know much better than me. But as far as I am aware, we have the same medical staff who cleared Tom to come back last year with a busted shoulder. That ended well.

Definitely not worth the risk for Murray, as Souths are out. Tempting for us to bring back Paseka, we need him. But too risky for mine.
