Wakeham played his best game, but that is a low bar. Wouldn't want to see either him or Arthur in firsts (but we will, if Cherry picked in Origin).
James, Patolo, Navale and Pua'avase were decent (after a crap start by the whole team).

In the previous 5 seasons (20-24) Taniela has played 94 games at an average of 18.8 games per season.

In the same period Tom has played 63 games at 12.6 games per season.

That'll be great should this happen. I did my achiles tendon while playing indoor cricket back in 2005 and didn't restart playing again for at least 8 mths. But with modern specialized therapy and rehab anything is possible these days.

I did my Achilles a few years back and was able to return to my pre injury level of competitive performance in less than six months, though admittedly this constituted walking the dog once or twice a week and shagging the missus once a month. Feedback was I was “just as good as I have ever been” (missus, not the dogs) which I chose to take as a positive.
