Think we all know he'll never be that NAS type of player that we've all craved for.
Just got to be content with what Paseka is now, an honest forward who surprises us every now and then.

Good answer to this 5 year old mystery. He is either the longest maturing prop forward in rugba league history or what you seeing is what you are actually getting. I am not sure tbh but happy that he is signed and happy to have him in our 17 each week. He is definitely part of the answer.

There are a few standout front rowers in the game, AFB, Topine, JFH, Haas, Tito and Flegler.
I would have Tent At the next level with Spencer, May, RCG, Stefano, Fotuaika and Nelson, all very good players that are looking at getting into the conversation of being in the top tier.
Tent is the best front rower at the club and was a one punch man for the majority of 2024, is an easy target for opponents coaching staff to go after him. Needs a few others to go with him.

Who did we buy to replace AFB? Aloiai. Then Lodge 1.0, 12 games in 2 years.
Paseka is not the problem, our management is.
Hard not agree with that, it’s a long old season going one out, that Aloiai signing is not far off being in the Nate Myles basket.

Those two moves alone cost us about 5 years, maybe more, in terms of building a premiership squad.
Fainu let us down big time, we couldn't hold onto both. If only we had a crystal ball back then.
It certainly is time for TP. Last year he did 1393 post contact meters which was right up there with the top mids BUT only 5 offloads in 23 games. We desperately need 2nd phase play. Clearly if you doing so many post contact meters the opposition is finding it difficult to handle you then why isn't there way more offloads. It's the one point in his game that we need huge improvement. Imagine him giving offloads to DCE, Brooks, Tom, Koula.
Have a look at the massive drop off in Aloha's stats when he joined Manly. Been another poor recruitment decision.
