Mostly because he has been consistently sh1t and hasnt been able to get out of his own way...

I've never thought Parker was the most skilled player and still think we could improve the centre position but one thing I really like and respect about him is he always seems to give his all.

He still spilt the ball twice and looked panicked whenever he got a quick play the ball or offload on what to do. There was a set where we were attacking the line and he picked it up and sucked in the markers a bit that I liked though. Defensively he was fine.

So today he didn't miss much but the Warriors were hardly an attacking force tonight.
They were very poor.

A guy shouldn't keep his spot in the team at this level because he "runs hard and bleeds for the club"

Agree Warriors were very poor. In fact I think we should have been up 20 at halftime. In saying that Parker was sound last night. Even my boy was saying he helped get it out of our end all night. On a completely note, how bad would the Warriors be if RTS wasn’t there!

He tried really hard - lots of effort - tough defence but dummy half work sadly was terrible. Still on of our weak links. He needs to do a Bradman and do what you did in the old days... put a target on a wall and do a million reps of passing a flat fast ball from the ground to the target. His balls float and roll all over the place through the air.

I find the constant bashing of this guy now completely pointless. Everyone knows he’s ordinary and has limited room to improve. He’s been chosen as the 9 for now and that won’t change and that’s not even his position.. Last night he played 80, tackled his arse off and I thought went alright. It’s harsh for any criticism of Croker or Parker last night. They both had a good dig.

Brad has never lacked effort and the type of game last night also showed that he never lacks courage . Would have to have been one of Manly "s best with those tough runs and reliable defence . But he has been doing tough runs and quite reasonable defence for some time now and not really getting the recognition with the teams poor start this season . Still think that realistically , Walker [ who again showed the he can offer some penetrating attack ] when closer to the play but not the best full back option and Suli who just needs better opportunities as well are still the best centre options and taking into account the pace factor . Harper is there abouts , along with Funa . Think that Manly at full strength would have Brad as the bench utility , certainly not detracting from any of his recent efforts but just in the context of the unusual prospect in recent times of being able to have a full strength side mostly available .

We had 10 players out and another 2 during the game... it was a great win by all accounts!
