Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have released live wire hooker Matt Parcell to the Leeds Rhinos, effective immediately.

Parcell has trained with the Sea Eagles full time squad for the past six weeks and was set to battle it out with Apisai Kourisou for the number nine jersey for the upcoming 2017 season.

However, the former Brisbane Broncos and Ipswich Jets hooker felt his running style of dummy half play was better suited to the Super League than the NRL.

Maybe both.He was shopped to Cronulla a month or 2 ago with a swap for Beale.Or he may of wanted out because of the BS that's going on there.Either way,I bet Beale ends up at Manly

Api has this year to guide the team to the semis or both him and Baz are out the door with Lewis and Nate not far behind them. We need to find the next best up and coming hooker for '18 and beyond.
How does Cullen go? I just read that he is a very underrated 9..?
