The game last night was sensational and so were some from last weekend. One thing that that hits me hard in the face is just how far behind these teams we are. Even with all their injuries I reckon we would have lost to the Panthers tonight. We are so far behind what is required it is horrible, Our halves pairing haven't stepped up or at the very least they have been worked out easily by the other teams.

The Panthers were sensationally gutsy considering their injury toll. I doubt we could match that intensity. I know JWH left on bickies we couldn't match but who at the club didn't see the potential in 2010 because he has a huge amount to offer. If he played for us he would be heading for cannonisation.

It may be a 'weak comp' but we were never near it for the last 6+ weeks. The play of Benji, Carney, Pearce, Campese and even those Red V bastards would just leave us behind.

Some super clashes coming up next week. If you don't like it turn it off but I have seen enough to say this is going to be a fantastic finish.

It looks like touch football to me. The Roosters looked woeful in defence all night. The Dragons seem to be the only well-rounded side left in the finals. They shouldn't be worried about the Tigers or Roosters at all. The Dragons remind me of us in 2008. They will beat the Tigers by plenty next week and will win the GF in a canter.

I wouldn't be getting too carried away about the dragoons. They are very 1 dimensional in attack. I dont see them being able to step up the necessary gear if they get behind and that is a very real possibility against any 1 of the Titans Tigers or Roosters. My tip GF Titans over Saints by 6.

Agree, Snake and the Wolfman I missed. Remember last year when we played against the Panthers at their home ground and Wolfie missed a tackle on Coote but got back up and raced at warpspeed to knock him over the sidelines before Coote could but the ball down on the tryline?
