It's just so fuking annoying watching garbage like that. It was a loose carry. No onus on the ball carrier to hold onto it. Yet it's s**t decisions like that constantly going to the favoured few.

And that's what it comes down to. The bunker will keep looking at it to find where they can give those favoured teams the 50/50 call. Complete farce and waste of money and this is supposed to be a professional sport.....run and adjudicated by muppets.

That'll do me. The commentators are banging on about initial contact letting go while the arm carrying the ball is on the ground. But then you see Wighton come in and clearly grab him while the ball-carrying arm is still on the ground but bunker and commentators want to do everything to wash over it. It's incredible how much bias a team can receive. That try went up as a "no-try". Incredible

Gee the bunker puts a lot of effort into finding results in Penrith's favour.
Ref rules no try, asks to check if double movement, bunker looks at it so many times yet it was inconclusive IMO, but they find enough to overturn the onfield decision.
They don't seem to put that much effort into overruling onfield decisions for other teams.

Yes, the player had hands on him, but was it enough to justify a penalty try? Was Crighton unequivocally pushed off grounding the ball or just over ran it following an unfriendly bounce? I dunno. As 47MVEagle said, the bunker seems to go out of its way to find favourable results for the Panthers.
