Our defense was woeful this year and that cost us a lot of games, so that eases some of the pain for orford but our attack didnt fire all year

That's true Dan, but we had so many games where we attack their line and not score. If we could have converted some of those chances into tries we win a bunch more games and we don't come 5th and we'd still be in the comp now.

I do agree Ads, I am just being devils advocate here.

Defense wins a lot of games, and ours was no where to be seen so often this year.

Our goal kicking needs an overhaul and a trainer

Yeah I know what you mean. And what's with constantly (it seemed that way) giving away tries just before half time.
