Seriously, what is the point of this survey? There are so many things that are wrong with the game as it is. I cannot see the NRL even giving a stuff about what we the fans think. In the end they will do whatever they want and what they think we want.

First things first, Greenberg and Annesley must go. Next they should return the game to what it was and not be so reactionary by changing the rules so often (e.g., mid season).

Some of the questions really show what the NRL whats the game to be ,e.g.,
If you could introduce one rule innovation to make the game more unpredictable and entertaining, what would it be?

Looks like the NRL wants the game to be more unpredictable and entertaining. They are the ones who have made it into this mess and now they want our opinions on what to do to make it like it used to be

Would you support restarting play with a play the ball or tap-kick (rather than a scrum) for minor infringements (e.g. knock-on; forward passes)?
Looks like they want to do away with scrums. Really! Scrums used to be important when they allowed just the backs to go against the backs but not now with the way scrums have turned out. There needs to be a rule that forwards must pack in scrums in their defined positions.

I'm glad they are looking at changing the rule where a penalty goal misses and goes dead then becomes a 20m dropout. The attacking team has the option to kick or tap, it's on them to convert or seize on the opportunity they've been given. The defending team shouldn't be penalised twice for the one offence.

You answer the questions they want you to answer then they disregard the answers they don’t want then they have there answers they want :banghead:

For the rule change suggestion I said get of the Zero tackle. There's no such thing as a Zero tackle, They just don't want to call it a 7 tackle set, which is what it is. 6 tackles is enough.
And why are they trying to change more rules?
Just play the game and follow the rules. Don't keep tweaking it and f#cking it up more and more.:swear:

Nah this is great. I like that they encourage people to get an education so they can find some sort of purpose post playing career. Not everyone can be a sideline commentator.

My response to the question about the "rule innovation to make the game more unpredictable and entertaining":

There doesn't need to be any more of your so-called "rule innovations" to make the game more unpredictable - the game is unpredictable enough given the amount of times the referees and the bunker get decisions BLATANTLY WRONG! ....and another thing, stop making reactionary, knee-jerk rule changes mid-season.
