NRL Games [Round 4, 2025]

I reckon Dom Young has definitely slowed in the past couple of years since joining the Chooks.

3 years ago when the Knights came to Brookie, while unsuccessfully chasing Jason Saab, Young was recorded on the old Telstra Tracker at 38.0 km/h.....exactly the same as the top speed Saab has been clocked at.

Tonight when Campbell grabbed that intercept and went the length, 3 years ago Young gets a LOT closer in the chase than he did. Tonight he couldn't even make ground on his own team make Robert Toia, let alone Campbell. But I will give a TBF, he does seem to be almost running injured. Its strange.

Heart and desire can speed/slow people over the seasons

Manly are not likely to get Reynolds, nor do I believe they are actually chasing him,but watch how he controls this game in the heavy conditions.Great kicking game and no hare brained plays.I know a HB that basically turns into the wicked witch of the west when there’s the slightest bit of moisture around

The other issue with young is he is a deadset flog and is right at home at the rorters.

Weighed down with brown paper bags

The old "didn't attempt to play the ball with your foot" penalty. FFS you see 100 a game, like the 6 agains, the TV director must get in the refs ear.
