A penalty count of 10-3 will do that for you , but the " fixer" will adjust that with some ineffective penalties towards the end so that " the count" is more even.

As much as Horsehead got them ahead, the Cowboys were worse with ball handling than us last week. They finally get a penalty and Copper drops it cold on the first carry. Not good enough especially against a ref backed eels
