Unfortunately, what I said a week ago to a mate of mine from England who is a Chooks fan has been shown tonight.....they are a lot better side than their results showed last year.

Anthony Don (a Manly junior no less) is the only GC player who seems to be doing anything.

Elgey and Taylor have missed 8 tackles between them and are being given a lesson by Keary and Pearce

Great start from the chooks, fell apart from there on before finishing with a game sealing try. Thought the Titans would've gotten em at 28-18, wasn't to be.

Frothing over the fact that manly are playing, and winning may I add, tomorrow at brookie. Not long to wait now
