I really can't stand this rule.
Last night in the first half, we were on the attack and spilled it. A Penrith playing picked it up and as he was tackled, he flung it out the back. The pass went to a teammate who we trapped in goal. Result ? No Advantage. What ? They tried to attack. And it went bad. So to me it's too bad. The way it is, you get a free crack with no consequences.
The same just happened in the Squeels/Doggies game. Jennings picked it after a Doggies knock on. Ran it back and threw a forward pass. Result ? No advantage. Again. You picked it up cleanly. You had possession. It's not the Dogs fault you threw it forward.
People might not agree. But I don't like this rule.
