Where does he say that in that article?  All that he says is that he’s got all the attributes to be a very good half/five-eighth.

Foran has all the attributes to be a long-term Eagle and probably at 5/8th. Like any good player he will play where the coach needs him. He is absolutely part of Manly's future plans.
