could be a typo or could be that there are 3 separate charges related to the one incident that Brett has been charged with. A lot of the time the cops will charge you with a range of different things related to the one incident, that way they have a greater chance of one of them sticking.

However in this instance it's likely a typo

I think it's the opposite, he may be worried Brett might switch codes or go to the UK.

Would anyone, putting themselves in Brett Stewart's position, not have grave, grave reservations about having any future dealings at all involving Gallop in the future?

Gallop has a long history of disenchanting the superstars of the game. In line with his considerable efforts to damage their reputations because it was expedient at the time.  The SBWs and Gasniers saw he was not someone who could be trusted, who could be dealt with.  They left the sport in Australia, and the sport altogether. Just as Karmichael Hunt is considering now.

Is it possible that the only way for the sport to keep star players like Stewart is for Gallop to go?
