The NRL match review committee has acted swiftly in the crackdown on wrestling, issuing five charges under the newly created dangerous conduct category from weekend games.

Melbourne's Jeff Lima, Parramatta pair Weller Hauraki and Nathan Hindmarsh and Penrith duo Trent Waterhouse and Michael Jennings were the first players slapped with the charge in 2009.
But of the five players only Hauraki faces any time on the sidelines as the other four received grade one charges and can escape with just 75 carryover points with an early guilty plea.</p>
