She was very effective , very engaging and from what I remember not a bad sort ( maybe I’m not allowed to say that these days ).
I was unsurprised when she left, plenty of bigger fish in the sea for someone very good at their job like she was.

That's the issue in recent years.
We seem to be a stepping stone for those great employees who feel the need to go to other workplaces to achieve their dreams instead of being the ideal workplace. Staff turnover is way too high within certain teams in the back office.
