His subtle ball playing really has to be acknowledged. As soon as he gets on the field he will look for a tip on play ( the same play Jake ran thought that hole).
This will make the defence hang off him and set him up to get some easy meters through the middle with effective carries.
Also Browns tip on play saw Toff make some massive meters against the Warriors.
This small but very effective play can cripple teams middles. Absolutely love what he brings to our side.

You can see the Manly players react and fire up and when I was there at the Manly vs Penrith game, you could actually feel the energy Brown gives, lifting the crowd, influencing the officials and most importantly getting his team mates fired up

His back fence kick returns off points are such an energy boost for the team and the crowd. He runs with the family GA side on his back. And then he tries to get to his feet as quick as possible with the crowd cheering loud for a penalty, and he gets that penalty. It's quality stuff from him. And that sleight of hand for the Jake linebreak into DCE try, very underrated.

Brown did cop a hammering a few years back against us but he puts himself in that position often and taking a hammering is part of the game

brown, the man is not finished. not sure of his body . but good luck to him i love these stories

like to see him like a FIFO worker. 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off recharging and give him 4 mini seasons.

Still like the idea of shelving him for a few weeks here and there even if healthy. we are seeing what overuse of turbo is doing.we could cause a few more upsets if we had him for the right games

And wasn't that just beautiful to watch! Worth noting how clever Jake's draw and pass was too. So many forwards botch that play. He had to time it perfectly because of DCE's proximity to Gutho...and Daly had to run that tight because there were others coming across in cover too. In fact, they both did exceptionally well to ice that play.

Brown's tough runs keep defenders toey. Drawing defenders to smash him allowing jake to bust through the space his previous efforts afforded him and uses a tip on.

if we can get out half running into the line direct to draw defenders, im sure it would open up for guac. But as he never does the defenders stick to the job and get numbers around guac

this could be our biggest weapon and in turn would give dce more space
