In seriousness Fluff - if that is true - well done mate. You exercising / changing diet / combination?

6 kg's is a lot.

As Dan can prolly attest to, I've lost plenty. I've upgraded my benching to 10 sets of 10 with 50 k/g's (Plus the bar)...it's actually quite addictive this getting fit.

Keep it up mate...
