Logistically true, but why are manly signing wooden spooners?? We want winners not perennial cellar dwellers.where is that ray of hope for next season??? Dunderheads making decisions that are not in the best interests of the team are not welcomed by the fans.Turbo, dce, Jake and Croker can't do it alone.

Looks like next year it will technically be a top 34.
The 4 players designated as dev players will be able to play from round 1.
All other second tier players will be available to play from round 11.
Supposedly the Dev contract/second tier salary cap is $650K and Dev contract players paid a max of $80K.

The Eels have reportedly signed Sea Eagles backrower Kelma Tuilagi for the 2024 season after he was granted an immediate release.

Tuilagi signed a three-year deal with the Manly club ahead of the 2023 season, but failed to deliver after moving from the Tigers.

Anthony Seibold is also preparing to move Josh Schuster back to the edge, meaning Tuilagi is surplus to requirements in Brookvale.

Fox League’s Michael Ennis is set to join the Manly coaching staff from next season to work with the club’s spine.

Ennis will replace Shane Flanagan on Anthony Seibold’s coaching staff and according to The Daily Telegraph’s Phil Rothfield, the premiership-winning hooker will work at the Sea Eagles “two days a week”.

Manly is Ennis’ fourth club he’s held a coaching role at, following stints at the Sharks, Raiders and Eels.
