Manly have hopes of a top four finish. With fourth place two wins ahead it makes this week's game vital if we are to entertain being there.

Same for the Knights.

Origin will be over so both teams will be trying to use tonight as a springboard for a strong run to the semis.

For once I agree this is an extremely important game, if we lose 3 in a row we could spiral out of the 8 & struggle for the remainder of the year.

While a morale boosting win at home and some relative easy game coming up could potnetially out us in for a good run home.

I have yet to rate a game this year as "vital" but i also think this is an important game to win!! Whenever someone has said "this is a must win game" i've always been like... :roll: until now... with our position on the ladder and the fact it's at home against a team on the same points.. i think it's an important game for us to win!!

2 losses in a row isn't too bad but 3 in this game and you have a mountain to climb
